Both parties can online apply for the marriage registration through the website of the Judicial department of Oman.

Post getting a signed application from both the parties to the marriage registration, the marriage officer will give some time to both the parties to file an objection. Also time will be given to hear any objection within the given time. If all the conditions are fulfilled successfully, the officer will enter the certificate of marriage. 

Also, an online marriage certificate will be signed by both the parties who plan to get married and by the witnesses.
